Viviane was quite shock to discover that Laura Maxim was able to persuade me in getting Ivoire to come and live in Ontario. I have to admit that at first I was a bit concerned with Ivoire's ears! They seemed so big and I thought for sure that she would never grow into them. I had never experienced that with any of our Groenendaels. Laura assured me that everything would fall into place in due time.

Laura was right of course! Ivoire developped into a very beautiful girl! Her ears are NOW proportioned with the rest of her body. She has a good mask, beautiful almond shape eyes, very nice high ear set, flowing movement and personality to boot! I also think that Ivoire has the proper coat color with just the right amount of the overlay of black. I have not been very fair to Ivoire but I intend to redeem myself this coming year and take her out of the closet and start to show her in the conformation ring.
